All Ensembles Tuesday, May 22nd Beginning at 7pm Please see the checklist below for details. The concert on Tuesday, May 22nd begins at 7pm at the LBHS Auditorium. Seating will open at 6:15pm. Invite ALL of your family and friends! Admission is free, but donations are appreciated! Students in AB/VPE that Paid for the Trip Friday, May 4th (All Day) Please see the newsletter below for details about our EOY Field Trip. Student chaperone groups will be posted by the "In" door in the band room. Our Tentative Schedule for the Day:
3:45am Students arrive at Ainger and report directly to the band room. We will conduct an attire and stuff check! Load instruments and belongings on the bus. 4am Depart LA Ainger Middle School (Sleep on the bus!). 8am Arrive at Workshop Bus parking. Get instruments out, warm up and tune. 9am Workshop begins. We will load instruments back onto the buses following our performance and change into park attire. The clinic will last roughly 30-45 minutes. 10:30 to 5pm Time to enjoy Universal Studios. We will take a group photo before we all go off on our own. 5:30pm Promptly meet back at the Charter Bus at the Universal Bus Parking. 5:45-6pm Depart for LA Ainger Middle School. 6:30-8pm Will stop somewhere for a quick bite to eat- Chipotle, McDonald’s, etc. 10 to 10:30pm Arrive back at Ainger. 8th Grade Band Parents Only (Not Mandatory) Monday, April 16th beginning at 7pm. Black Box Theater at LBHS (Signs will be posted behind the band room) As a prospective parent of an incoming Freshman Marching Manta, you are cordially invited to attend our Regular Board Meeting on April 16th at 7:00pm in the Black Box Theater. Join us to observe how our meetings are conducted, ask questions and learn about how you can participate as a parent and member of the Lemon Bay Band Boosters for the 2018-2019 school year.
