2022-23 Forms
With the exception of the first semester of Exploratory Beginning Band, Band is a co-curricular class. We have social events, rehearsals, and performances that sometimes take place after school in and around our community (sometimes beyond - Busch Gardens, Disney or Universal). The band handbook explains how and when we do those things. All band parents are asked to quickly preview the handbook and then complete this form.
In preparation for a performance, the director needs time to account for an absence or a tardy. To verify, Mr. Ostrow will contact you at the email/phone number you have submitted. Also, students that missed a performance or rehearsal are also asked to have their parent(s) complete this form after the event missed.
When looking into purchasing an instrument and accessories, whether it is from eBay, Craigslist, or a vendor such as Cadence Music, parents are asked to use this guide. Please note: all instruments require accessories to play.
