Mentoring with LBHS Band Members

Ainger band members that would like to receive extra help can sign up each week to work with a mentor. Each session is one on one and lasts approximately 45 minutes from 4-5pm (with 10 minutes of time to set up and pack up). To set up a session, students MUST get parent approval including parent pick-up at the front of the school at 5pm.

Sign up below. All mentor lessons take place on Wednesdays. If lessons for a week are cancelled, the announcement will be posted on the band news board.

Ainger Band Students may sign up below. First come; first serve. If we run out of mentors, Mr. Ostrow and Mr. Eyrich (HS Band Director) will work to find more mentors and will let you know if there is one available.

Type your first and last name.
This phone number will be used to sign you up for Remind text messages. This is how you tell your HS mentor that you cannot be there!
What do you need help with? Please be specific. Examples: Rhythm Practice 6, Letter C. Eb Scale Stage 3, Octave 1. Band Music -measures 67-82. I want to learn how to play a sick solo in jazz band. I want to play the Mario Brothers theme on my trombone.
